Meet The Phototique 2026 Holiday Experience Collection

Holiday parties don’t all look the same.

Some are dressed-up dinners where everybody understood the assignment. Some turn into a dance party before dessert. Some bring together hundreds of employees who don’t get to see each other often. And some are smaller, beautifully designed celebrations where every detail in the room matters.

Holiday Portrait Studio

For the party where everybody looks good, let’s make sure they have the photos to prove it.

Our Holiday Portrait Studio creates a polished portrait moment with professional lighting and a lightly styled set designed around the event.

And holiday doesn’t have to mean a red backdrop, fake snow and candy canes.

We can work with the room.

Think florals, draping, texture, shimmer, beautiful seasonal details or colors pulled directly from the event design.

It’s especially good for company celebrations where coworkers, teams and plus-ones are already dressed up and would love a photograph that feels worth keeping.

Holiday Signature Booth

Sometimes you want something everybody immediately understands.

Walk up. Grab your people. Take the picture. Get the print.

The Holiday Signature Booth gives you that familiar holiday-party energy, just styled up a little differently.

We can customize the backdrop, print design and visual details around the event so it feels intentional instead of like a booth that was added at the last minute.

Easy to use. Easy to love.

And yes, people will probably come back more than once.

Roamer + 360 Experience

Some parties aren’t meant for standing still.

For larger celebrations and rooms with a lot happening, we pair Roamer + 360 as one experience.

Roamer moves through the party and meets guests where they already are—at cocktail hour, around the room, with their coworkers and in the middle of the fun.

Then 360 gives them somewhere to go when they’re ready to turn the energy up.

One captures what’s naturally happening.

The other creates a moment people want to step into.

Together, they work especially well for parties where you want the experience to feel present throughout the night without asking every guest to engage in exactly the same way.

Naughty or Nice? Meet Your Holiday ID.

This one can get very fun.

Our holiday Trading Card experience turns guests into the stars of their own custom holiday ID.

Naughty or Nice. Santa ID. North Pole Employee. Elf Department.

Or we can build something completely around your company and its culture.

The fun is in seeing what everyone gets—and then immediately comparing cards with the rest of the team.

For the right crowd, this can become a whole thing.

Which is exactly the point.

Elf Yourself: Photo in Motion

You start as you.

Then you’re an elf.

Elf Yourself: Photo in Motion creates a lenticular keepsake that changes as you move it, transitioning from the guest’s original image into their elf version.

The transformation is fun.

But what I really love is that the final photo is something guests can actually hold, tilt, show someone at the table and take home.

The print itself becomes part of the experience.

Holiday Spotlight

Holiday can be dramatic too.

Our Holiday Spotlight uses intentional lighting and color to create something a little more editorial.

We can work with classic holiday tones, rich jewel colors, something icy, something warm or colors inspired by the company’s brand or event design.

It still feels like Spotlight.

It just came dressed for the holidays.

This is one I love for cocktail parties, galas and celebrations where the room already has a strong visual point of view.

Holiday Keepsakes

There is something about leaving a party with something in your hand.

Especially when it’s actually good.

We can turn guest photos into magnets, baubles and keychains that become part of the holiday experience.

A bauble might end up on someone’s tree.

A magnet goes home and onto the refrigerator.

A keychain gets tossed into a bag and somehow is still around months later.

They’re small things, but that’s what makes them work.

The party ends.

The photo doesn’t have to.

And We Can Get Even More Personal

The Holiday Collection gives us a starting point, but it doesn’t mean every event has to look the same.

For the right party, we can bring in other ideas too.

Scribbl’d, for example, can turn a holiday or end-of-year prompt into an interactive moment.

What made your nice list this year?

What are you leaving in 2026?

What’s your wish for the team in 2027?

Guests write their answers directly on the glass while we capture the interaction.

It’s another way to make the experience feel like it could only have happened at that party, with those people.

Which Holiday Experience Is Yours?

You don’t need all of these.

And we’re not going to tell you that you do.

A smaller executive celebration may need one beautiful photo moment.

A large company party might benefit from something that can move through the room while another experience brings the energy.

A team with a great sense of humor may absolutely need Naughty or Nice IDs.

And sometimes the thing everyone loves most is simply a beautiful photograph and something they can take home.

That’s why we start with the party.

Who’s coming?

What’s the room like?

What kind of energy are you creating?

And what would your guests genuinely have fun doing?

Then we build from there.

If you’re planning a corporate holiday party, gala or end-of-year celebration in Washington, DC, we’d love to hear what you have in mind.

Frequently Asked Questions About Holiday Photo Experiences in DC

What holiday experience is best for a corporate holiday party?

It depends on the atmosphere you’re trying to create. A formal gala may be better suited to Spotlight, while a Holiday Portrait Studio is a great fit for employee celebrations and family-friendly events. During our consultation, we’ll recommend the experience that best fits your event, guests, and goals.

How far in advance should we book a holiday event?

The earlier, the better. Many organizations begin planning holiday events in the summer to secure their preferred date and experience. Booking early also gives us more time to customize your activation.

Can the experience be customized for our company?

Absolutely. We can incorporate your branding, event theme, custom overlays, AI scenes, keepsakes, and other personalized elements to create an experience that feels unique to your event.

Do you travel outside of Washington, DC?

Yes. We create holiday experiences throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia and beyond for corporate events, hotels, nonprofits, conferences, and brand activations.

I’m not sure which experience is right for our event. Can you help?

Of course. That’s one of my favorite parts of the process. We’ll talk about your event, your guests, and what you want people to remember, then recommend the experience that fits best.

Still deciding? I’d be happy to help you think through the options. Every holiday event is different, and finding the right experience starts with understanding your guests—not choosing from a list.
