The PMI DC Chapter’s annual conference brought together project managers, leaders, and innovators across industries for two days of learning and connection. The Phototique was selected to provide an interactive element that reflected the professionalism and excitement of the conference while giving attendees a branded takeaway.
The Concept
We installed an open-air print photo booth that combined sleek design with smart branding. Each print template featured the conference logo, theme, and sponsor marks for a cohesive look. Our booth attendants helped attendees pose with confidence, using minimalist props and a clean backdrop that matched the event’s corporate aesthetic. Instant digital copies were available via QR code for easy posting on LinkedIn and Instagram.
The activation turned professional networking into a personal connection point. By blending polished branding with an approachable experience, The Phototique proved that even in corporate spaces, a well-executed photo booth can spark energy, community, and content worth sharing.
