New Year’s Eve Gala

For a luxury organization’s annual New Year’s Eve Gala, The Phototique was tasked with creating a celebration-worthy activation that felt glamorous, interactive, and unforgettable. The client wanted guests to move between dinner, dancing, and photo activations freely — while still maintaining a cohesive, branded experience.

The Concept

We paired our signature 360° video booth with Roamer Booths, ensuring guests could capture cinematic slow-motion videos and mobile digital photos all night long. The 360 setup featured custom NYE branding, gold shimmer backdrops, and countdown graphics. Meanwhile, the Roamer Booth attendants circulated the ballroom capturing fun, candid moments on the dance floor and at tables — keeping energy high throughout the evening. Every video and photo was instantly shared via QR code or text, carrying the event’s branding and sponsor logos for post-event visibility.

Impact

The combination of Roamer and 360 Booths brought the NYE experience to life — merging luxury with movement and storytelling. It reflected The Phototique’s strength in multi-format event activations, giving guests a curated, branded experience that captured every celebration-worthy moment in motion.

For galas and black-tie events, this activation set a new standard: every frame styled, every guest seen, every brand remembered.
