To celebrate Hospital Week, a major healthcare network set out to show meaningful appreciation for its dedicated staff across seven medical campuses. With thousands of employees working around the clock, the goal was clear: create a fun, memorable experience that made every team member feel seen, celebrated, and valued. The Phototique was brought in to design and execute a weeklong, multi-site activation plan — delivering stylish photo moments, branded engagement, and a little extra joy across every shift. The Phototique was engaged to design and deploy a multi-location branded photo strategy that would complement the event’s scale, reflect its celebratory tone, and encourage guests to share their experience widely.
BRANDING + THEMING
Each hospital location selected its own internal theme for the week — from “Hollywood Glam” to “Carnival Vibes” to “Superhero Squad.” We tailored our photo booth styling, props, overlays, and signage to match, making each experience feel hyper-personalized to the individual facility.
From glam red carpet looks to fun emoji props and healthcare hero sets, every detail was crafted to deliver joy and keep the brand experience cohesive yet unique across sites.
