For The Table’s Women’s Empowerment Summit, they wanted guests to leave with something beautiful that would remind them of their experience long after the conference was over.
We loved that idea.
Instead of stopping at a traditional photo print, we turned each guest’s photo into a personalized keychain they could actually use.
Guests stepped in front of a backdrop selected from our collection and took their photo using custom props designed for the event.
Then we got to work.
Two photo strips were printed for each session.
One became part of a round keychain with a black leather strap. The guest’s photo appeared on one side and The Table’s logo on the other.
The second strip was theirs to keep.
And because we wanted them to have options, guests also received their image digitally.
There was a little moment that kept happening throughout the event.
Guests would get their keychain…
and then really look at it.
They’d turn it over. Look at their photo. Show it to someone else. Compare theirs with the person standing next to them.
That reaction was exactly what we wanted.
The photo wasn’t something they took and immediately forgot about. Watching it become a keychain made the experience feel different.
With approximately 300 guests, we also thought through what happened between taking the photo and receiving the finished keychain.
Where does the line form?
Where does each piece of equipment go?
Where do guests wait without interfering with the next person taking a photo?
And just as important—does everything still look good in the room?
Those decisions aren’t particularly glamorous, but they’re part of designing an experience that feels easy once guests arrive.
The Table team loved the finished experience, but watching guests show off their keychains to each other was probably our favorite part.
Sometimes the smallest detail is the thing people can’t stop talking about.
